I had a great experience with PetESALetter.com! I especially want to thank Carlos Ramirez and Nancy Spitzer for being so patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. I had some complications with my apartment management regarding my ESA documentation, and they both went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. The process was easy, great communication and I received my letter within 24 hours of request.
I was having issue's with my letter but they fixed it. One thing I do need to say though is that ESA letter still dont expire under federal law. So unless you want to buy every year then this is great. But other wise not so much. Their customer service is nice but if it something they have never experienced before then they really dont know how to handle it such has my issue I was having with my letter being blank.

It was very easy to sign up and I didn't get a bunch of crazy pop ups trying to get me to buy other things either. The dashboard for your application is good and straightforward. The process didn't take very long and Carlos with customer support is very helpful with any questions/concerns you may have. I receive my regular care from telehealth so I couldn't get a letter through my usual provider so this was definitely a life saver !

Not 5 because I did have an issue with the first provider not being approved by my housing’s pet registration platform so it was a bit of a hassle after that HOWEVER the support and specifically Carlos was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. He helped me eventually get approved and all is good!

This was a very easy and simple process, to be able to get an ESA letter that is real and legit from a therapist! I didn’t need this when I was in California, but being in Ohio you do; the truth is my dog has been my emotional support animal since my dad passed away in 2017.
